Scheduling a Showing 

Once you have identified a property you would like to see, please fill out our rental application here. It's just a little bit of information that will help us determine who we will be showing the property to and its FREE to apply. Upon approval of your pre-application, we will contact you immediately to schedule a showing. Unfortunately we are not able to show properties without an application on file. 

Application Process

When you are ready to move forward with the lease process, please contact us and we will send you a link to MyRental.com where you can fill out a secure form to allow us to have access to your credit and criminal background information.  There is a $38.00 fee collected by MyRental.com. After we receive this information, we will contact you to discuss next steps. 

Approval

After approval we will schedule a time to meet, sign the lease, collect the security deposit and first month's rent. We will also fill out the move-in inspection report at that time.
